I am finally taking the time to review this Tim Horton's because about 4 out of 5 times we visit, our order is messed up in some way. I think there should be better training and steps in place to ensure that orders are correct. I used to work in Saginaw and would drive past the Alma location to get my coffee at the Shields location, because they are fast and accurate, something severely lacking at the Alma location. I second the review about the bagels needing more toasting. I started ordering "double toasted" after getting several cold bagels, which just resulted in grilled bagels. Overall I would say we don't have great experiences here, but will probably return because unfortunately there isn't much else around.

Horrible experience. Ordered a number 12 ( hence value system is suppose to make this easier), they gave me a sandwich and walked away. When they noticed i was still standing there, they realized the cashier (who clearly needed training) only charged me for the sandwich. Instead of making it right, they insisted on charging me for the hash browns and coffee. I insisted on a refund. I received eye rolls and a distressful candor that will keep me from ever choosing Tim Hortons again. Great job! Short of a zombie apocalypse, don't patron this organization unless your looking for a drive thru version of Dick's last resort!
Worst breakfast I ever had.i paid 4 dollars for this food. It was cold and it tasted old.never again...
Great tasting fast food with very reasonable prices. Definitely made . Wonderful doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches. Great coffee and teas
