The people at the store are great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable and the sales are always good. But the area manager is just horrible. Very degrading to customers and staff. Its very uncharacteristic of O'Reilly's to hire such a disrespectful employee.
Not very welcoming, understaffed and some counter help needs to brush up on knowledge. On a good note it was organized and clean.
