Fast service and good subs!
I am a huge Jimmy John's fan. You really don't have to wait for your food. They have a great vegetarian sandwich (#6) that I always order with sprouts and extra veggies. The only disappointment I ever have is the tomatoes are sometimes beyond their best.
I ordered online for delivery. Took the person 20 minutes to get here because the person couldn't find my house plus the person passed my house at least 2 times. They got my order right kind of but not the drink. I ordered sweet tea and I got something else. But the food was good. Especially the cookie...it's huge
I was there last night when I was passing through Alma on my way home from Saginaw to Grand Rapids. Ordered a Billy Club online and waited a few minutes before going inside. I asked for extra roast beef, bacon and no lettuce. I got in my car and drove a couple miles and found it had lettuce when I took a bite. Turned around and went back. They replaced the sandwich and gave me an extra bag of chips and a cookie. I drove a couple miles again and took my sandwich out of the wrapper. This time no bacon. I decided not to go back since I was tired and still had a long way to drive. This is the first time I've had any kind of problem at a Jimmy John's. Maybe I'll give them another chance next time I'm in the area.
