The only reason i came here was to rent the game of thrones series, i rented season 5 and 6 Saturday January 28th, first 3 discs i was only able to watch 2 shows. I called and complained about it that day. I returned season 5 and 6 sunday January 29th asked for my money back on 1 season since i have no interest in it after skipping season 5. They offered an in store credit wich is useless to me since i only came in for those shows. Noah the cashier even threw his pen at me when i signed for the credit. I'll ve calling monday the 30th to talk to a manager but i dont recommend anyone doing business with this store, they are rude and overpriced. Not to mention theifs since they will not return my money.
Walked in at 9:58 to quick return a video and see what new ones came out, it's Tuesday. Walked in and was greeted by a gentleman with a man bun saying "sorry we are closed" umm well the open sign is on and it's not ten and his response is "well unless you can find what movie you want in under one minute" we left and will not be back anytime soon. Worked in retail for many years and the rule of thumb is if someone comes in before close you let them look around for as long as they need. That is a sale that buisness will never have and a long line of sales that this buisness will never have the chance to get again.
Great experience here went back after many years of not using this store. Even though I had not been there in quite some time they gave me a discount. A very positive experience if your in town and want to rent a movie/game this is the place to go.
People should support your local video stores!!!! Decent selection, even with the obscure films.
Great selection and good prices. Love getting an entire season for $3 and binge watching it. Plus good location!
