I have the consumers appliance plan, and My Furnace blower motor quit working 2 days ago, so i called and consumers told me they would have someone out saturday between 8am and noon, so i made arrangements to be home that day. I get a call friday afternoon from Weatherbys and they were really swamped and also explained they wouldnt be able to come out this weekend. So they went above and beyond and were able to come out and fix my furnace right away friday. The service guy.. i think he said his name was Lonnie was excelent and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with my services from this company.
