Only good for a few weeks of factory experience. Lay-offs are real they tell you in the interview and try to convince you you'll last 30 day's but IAC will lay you off call you back then lay you off again the day before Christmas Eve. Don't work here don't go to interviews they will fire you because as they told me "it's you or me" and if you do get in the Union and you pay them to be a part of it if you get wrongfully terminated the Union rep will say they will meet you in the office to get your job back but the Union never shows... Think before you act no money here to be made. Only time and life waisted.
