The employee Michelle spread rumors about a pst employee and also she harrassed a 12 year old while the 12 year old girl was in the store with a family member. Michelle threatened the 12 year old and accused her of bullying her son. Yet I have proof and pictures of messages of Michelle's son calling the 12 year old names. Therefore Michelle was part of the bullying towards the 12 yr old that she harrassed. We have more than one witness
The last time i was at the alma store. There was no shopping carts in the store and people were lined up at the check out. It wasnt like that when the old manager was there. He ran a good store alway spoke to you and ask if you needed help with anything. Got so i dont go in there much. One thing about a third of the time my check in turned down and have to stand there roughly ahalf hour and wait for them to call it in just to for them to say its ok Very annoying while other people are checking out looking at you. Very disappointed in the store. I have shopped there for quite afew years.
What a joke!!! Been out of pellet bedding for two weeks now go in buy a skid pay waiting to get loaded They are still out come on manager pull your head out.
They always have just what I need here and no matter how many times I get the wrong thing and have to come back they are cool about it.
