I only bought my washer and dryer on the promise that I would be the first delivery Monday morning. Of course, I wasn't. They were told I had to leave by 11:30. Well at 11:15 they don't even have the new set in the basement yet. On top of all of that, I overheard them complaining about the spiders and cobwebs in my MICHIGAN basement and how they needed a shower after this one. VERY UNPROFESSUONAL.
The worst customer service ever. Bought a dishwasher and it came without a kickplate. After a week of the manager will call you back they finally said they would order one. It has been almost 2 months and no kickplate. Another the manager will get back to you.
Bought 10-Inch Compound Miter Saw back in October and it quit working on April 4. Called because I had bought protection plan and find out that I am required to take it to the store and they will send it out to be repaired and in 30 days I will get it back.
I need my saw TODAY!! I should of bought it at Menards or Home Depot where I could of returned it and walked out with a new one in 10 minutes.
NEVER AGAIN SEARS!!
