I've been dealing with this car dealer for many years they've taken care of me very well
I have great service there everytime, it's nice to come here they are my favorite, they rotated my tires today I didn't even have to ask them to they just went above and beyond.
Not impressed with the service ive received at the Alma dealership . A year ago I had an issue with lifters in my truck . The outcome after dealing with the dealership and warranty company was a used motor installed . The used motor sounded just like the one that was taken out,t he belts were junk on it I was told it had a clean bill of health. I took it across the street to the auto store where they plugged the scanner up and it had oil pressure issues took it right back to dealer and was told they were old codes . The next day the oil gauge stayed at zero. Took it back again and they put the sensor off my old motor on it. Fast forward to present day took the truck in for an oil change and also had a tire with a nail in it. I had changed the tire to the spare. I also bought a tire warranty when I bought my truck. They took care of the nail in the tire but did not remount the tire on the truck and put the spare back under the truck. I am very unsatisfied with their customer service. I would definitely expect more from a GMC dealership
Love the 9.95 oil change with vehicle purchase for the life of the vehicle... Yet I hear they don't do that anymore
Horrible! If i could have given them no stars I would have. They keep your car extra days without contacting you, and are conveniently not available any time you call. That's just terrible service from a manager. Rude! I've been going here for a couple of years now, but I will be finding another place for my car I wont go back here again.
