Tyson was the gentleman who assisted me with my purchase. This was my very first purchase of a vehicle from a dealership. It was also around my birthday. He made sure to explain every key feature of the vehicle to me and got me the carfax for this vehicle that was used, not new. It showed that the dealership did a 125 point inspection on the vehicle and an oil change had been done as well. The tires looked great, and just before winter, that is not something I wanted to replace. I also received a lovely email with a coupon in it for my birthday. Very nice surprise. Service department is fantastic. Always treating thw cars like it their own. Sales department is okay. They try to care even though they dont have a lot of inventory.
Working with the folks at Alma Chrysler is always a rewarding experience. Tom Hale and the owners are sincere and very helpful. My satisfaction with past vehicles and the assistance I receive from the service department makes this dealership probably the only one I'll deal with.
