Purchased a new 2016 F-350 XLT Regular cab FX4 pickup from this dealership, it was shipped out on 6/16/17 received it on 6/19/17 at 9am. Everything looked great till I took it to get washed and noticed a lot of dust in the vehicle, after further investigation I noticed the roof has been repaired. I took photos and sent them at 6pm notifying BOB of the situation. Today at 12:40pm dealer denied any wrong doing and basically told me there not doing anything because there's nothing wrong with it. I will be contacting a consumer protection attorney, Ford Corporate, and the Attorney Generals office on this dealer. Buyers BE very careful if buying a vehicle sight unseen or from out of state, very shady! As you can see the very poor repairs done to the truck, they didn't even replace the XM antenna still has damage to it.
Bought my 2015 Edge first part of December after seeing it on the website a few weeks before. Tj was very good at answering all my questions and I had a lot seen as I was driving from Ohio to pick it up! Deb came in on her day off so we could do the paperwork and everything else went off without a problem. They were very fair with my trade and I absolutely love my Edge! I am still waiting though for the owners manuals and books that should have come with the vehicle, I hope they haven't forgotten about me! Overall, very satisfied!
After spending a week back and fourth between Kraphol Ford and Jim Navarre Ford in Alma Mi trying to solve an issue that occurred with my car they helped me find a solution. Jim Navarre took the time to look into my cars history to figure out what had happened and who had made the mistake. They were able to go above and beyond in customer expectations. They were guenuily helpful and very respectful helping me. I am happy that I bought a Ford from them and continue to be happy with the great customer service that they offer me and many other Ford drivers around mid Michigan. I will be always grateful to there team and Bob for finding a way to help me. Thank you for great customer service and excellent service department for being there for your customers.
I was sold an 84 month 100k mile service policy when i bought my 2010 car here in 2013. When I tried to use it this year, i was told ot expired. I then found out that the 84 mo started when the car was sold initially...2010. So instead of 6 years it was 3. No one would purchase a plan that started 3 years in arrears. And no assistance, just bad attitude.
Great dealer! Friendly and very competitive with prices. They were able to get the deal done without bad mouthing other dealerships, which makes me want to go back when I purchase another FORD or LINCOLN. TJ was great and my wife loves her LINCOLN. Our kids love our Expedition and MKS too, so maybe in the future you will have 5 more customers. Keep up the good work.
